What is GymFlow?
GymFlow is a cloud app for gyms to manage members, memberships, payments, attendance and renewal reminders from one dashboard.
Who is GymFlow for?
Small and medium independent gyms and fitness centres in India. Prices are in INR, dates are DD/MM/YYYY and Indian mobile numbers are supported.
Can I try it for free?
Yes. Every new gym starts a 14-day free trial with up to 30 members. No card is needed.
Can I import existing members?
Yes. Upload a CSV with Name, Phone, Email, Plan, Start Date, Expiry Date and Amount. You see a preview with any errors before anything is imported.
Can I send WhatsApp reminders?
Yes, in two ways. One tap opens WhatsApp with the message pre-filled and you press Send. For automatic sending, connect your own WhatsApp Business API provider through Pabbly Connect. That provider charges its own fees; GymFlow does not include WhatsApp messaging.
Can I use Gmail?
Yes. GymFlow sends reminder events to Pabbly Connect, which can send personalised emails through Gmail or any Gmail-compatible service you connect.
Can my staff use GymFlow?
Yes. Add receptionists (check-in and check-out only), managers (members, attendance, payments, reminders) and owners. Permissions are enforced on the server.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your data stays safe and nothing is deleted. Adding new members pauses until you pick a paid plan. You can still view and export everything.
Can I export my data?
Any time. Owners can download members, payments, attendance and memberships as CSV files.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can stop at any time, and owners can permanently delete their gym and all its data from Settings.
